In this article, you will learn how to view closed items using the Reports app on the desktop.
How to View Lost & Found Reports
1. From the desktop, click on the Reports app from the App Switcher:
2. Once in Reports, find the Lost & Found category or use the Search field to locate the Lost & Found Items report.
3. Click on the Lost & Found Items report.
Pro Tip: Click the star to the right of the report to save it to your Favorites page.
4. Next, filter the report by the information you wish to view including the Property, Type, Status, and the Reported dates.
5. Click the green Run Report button:
