Desktop Dashboard

The Dashboard functions as your home screen, alerting you to what is happening in the hotel and serving as a jumping off point for many of the Quore functions you’ll complete throughout the day.

In this article, you will be introduced to the elements of the desktop Dashboard.

Rooms Grid

At the top of your Dashboard page is what is known as the Rooms Grid with each box representing a guestroom in your hotel. Throughout the day, the Rooms Grid will display various colors, indicating activity taking place in real time.

  • Orange indicates there is an open work order.
  • Red indicates there is a guest complaint that needs to be resolved.
  • Dark Red indicates a request.
  • Pink indicates a message via the Connect app (an optional add-on app).
  • Yellow is for room notices.
  • Purple with a phone icon is for guest callbacks.

You can click a room number to see details about the room’s activity. Any activity and Connect conversations (if applicable) will appear with Room Notices on top. If you need to create another activity for that room click the three dots to create a new action or a Guest Callback.

  • Pro Tip: Every user will be able to see the colors on the Rooms Grid, however you will only be able to view details of an item if it is assigned to you, your department, or Anyone, if you are the item’s creator, or you are a management-level user in Quore.

At a Glance, Response Time & Guest Satisfaction Wheel

These metrics will now be found in the Reports app:
  • At a Glance is now the Threshold Pacing report
  • Response Time is now the Average Response Time report
  • The Guest Satisfaction wheel data is now found in the Average Guest Satisfaction report

Log Book

You can click on any entry to read it or use the Actions section on the right > Log Book to create a new one.
Note, the Log Book should not be used for personal communication between associates, or to report guest-requested items or maintenance concerns. Use the Mail app and To Do app for those.

On Duty

The Account area in the top right allows users to mark themselves on or off duty. Whenever you log in to Quore at the beginning of your shift, click the toggle button to mark yourself On Duty. This tells Quore you’re at the hotel and available for communication and/or notifications.

Your dashboard also shows you other users currently on duty. Managers will have the ability to sign others off if they forget.

Finally, the Dashboard has a variety of shortcut buttons allowing you to easily initiate items directly from the Dashboard, without having to scroll through the various apps.

One of the most common actions you’ll make in Quore is to initiate To Dos (Work Orders, Requests, Tasks), so the handy Actions section on your dashboard is the quickest way to begin them.

  • Pro Tip: Remember, any time you are in another part of Quore and wish to navigate back to the Dashboard, simply click on the Home icon at the top of your screen.
