How to Complete a PM on Mobile
Completing a PM from the Quore mobile app will help you stay on track as you routinely perform maintenance on your guestrooms and keep up with building, life safety, and mechanical maintenance.
How to Complete a PM on Mobile
Watch the video below to learn how to complete a PM from the Quore mobile app, or follow the steps below.
1. Log in to the Quore mobile app and navigate to the App Switcher in the bottom-right corner of your screen, then select PMs.
- Note: Scheduled PMs can also be completed right from your To Do List in the To Do app.
2. Select the PM you wish to view from the Due Today or Frequency sections.
- Pro Tip: You can filter PMs by Frequency (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, etc.) and Type (Building, Guestroom, Life Safety, and Mechanical). For Guestroom type PMs, you can filter the Rooms Grid by Time Frame (Due Today and Upcoming), Sort By (Completion Date and Room Number), and Status (In Progress, Completed, and Not Started).
3. For non-guestroom PMs, tap on the name of the PM template from the Upcoming section. Completed PMs will be under the Completed section.
4. For Guestroom PMs, once you tap into the PM template, you will see a Rooms Grid. Tap on the room you wish to complete. Rooms already Completed for the period will be highlighted in a darker green, while rooms in In Progress or Paused will be highlighted in a lighter green.
5. Tap Start when you’re ready to begin work. This will start the PM time.
6. Swipe left on a PM step to mark the appropriate option.
7. Tap the check mark to Pass the step.
- Pro Tip: If a PM step appears as Default to Pass, you can still select another option for the step if needed.
8. Tap the X to Fail the step. This will create a Work Order for the engineering department’s To Do List to fix the step if it is tied to an item in the Inventory app. If it is not tied to an item in Inventory, it will create a Task.
- Pro Tip: Tap on any step to post a comment and attach a photo. Selecting the attachment option will allow you to take or upload photos and other files from your device. Quore allows for these file types – Images are limited to GIF, PNG, and JPEG. Non-images can be DOC, DOCX, EPS, MOV, MP#, PDF, PPT, PRT, TIFF, XLS, XLSX, and ZIP.
9. Tap the horizontal line to mark the step as Repaired, which closes the Work Order or Task. Closed items can be found in To Do Records.
10. Tap the circle with a slash to mark Not Applicable (N/A) for the step.
11. Tap Pause if you need to stop work and resume the PM later.
12. Tap the Complete button when finished.
Note: You will see asterisk (*) on a step if it is required. You must select an option for all required steps to complete the PM.
