1. From the mobile PMs app, tap on the PM type you wish to view. For guestroom PMs, find the room you wish to PM, then tap on the room number. If you do not wish to complete the guestroom(s) listed under Due Today, go to Upcoming to access all guestrooms still due.

2. You should now see your PM checklist. Tap the blue Start button at the bottom of your screen to begin working through the list of items.
3. As you walk through the guestroom, tap the box once to mark the item as Passed. This will display a Green Checkmark.
- Pro Tip: If you notice a Dark Gray Checkmark beside an item, this means the item was set to Default to Pass by the template creator.
4. If you complete work on a item during the PM, tap the box twice to mark the item Task Closed or Work Order Closed. This will display a diagonal Slash.
-
Pro Tip: The item will show Task Closed if it is not tied to a Quore Item Category (QIC). The item will show Work Order Closed if it is tied to a Quore Item Category (QIC). Closed Tasks and Work Orders can be viewed from the desktop To Do app within Records.
5. To Fail an item, tap the box three times. This will mark it with a Red X.
-
Pro Tip: Failing an item will automatically create a Task or Work Order for engineering. This will appear on their To Do List.
6. If an item does not apply, tap the box four times to mark the item as Not Applicable (N/A). This will display a Circle with a Slash.
7. If needed, use the blue Pause button during the PM. Use the Resume button once you’re able to get started again.
-
Pro Tip: Tapping the text on a item will allow you to Add Comments and Photos.
8. Tap the Complete button when your PM is finished.
