Accessing the App
To access the Lost & Found app on the desktop, log in to Quore, then click on the App Switcher in the upper-left corner. Click on Lost & Found.
From the Quore mobile app, tap the App Switcher in the bottom-right corner. Tap Lost & Found.
Entering an Item
There are two types of items that can be entered into the Lost & Found app. Add Lost items reported by hotel guests. Add Found items when hotel staff discovers an item before it is reported lost. You can add an item from both the desktop and mobile. Click here to learn how.
Editing an Item
You can edit an item’s information from the desktop or Quore mobile app. Click or tap on the item from the Open Items page.
Closing Out an Item
When an item has been claimed by a guest, is no longer at the hotel, or has not been found in a given timeframe, you will need to close out the item so it no longer appears on the Open Items page.
On the Quore mobile app, tap on the item from within the Found or Lost tab, then on the blue Close Item button. Select the appropriate option from the Action menu. Add any notes, then tap Close Item.
On the Quore desktop app, click on the Close button to the right of the item. Select the appropriate option from the Action menu. Add any notes, then click Close Item.
Pro Tip: Use the Search field to find the item you are looking for more quickly.
Quore will flag any items that are older than 90 days as Overdue with a red clock. You can filter to Show Overdue Only from within the Search bar on both the Quore desktop and mobile apps.
Lost & Found Records
You can view records of closed items from the Reports app on the desktop version of Quore.
