Rooms Book Introduction

In this article, you will learn about the basic features of the Rooms Book app.

 

 

 

 

The Rooms Book app allows you to see room statuses at a glance, view and post Room Notices, and view records from the desktop.

Desktop

After logging in to the desktop, click on the App Switcher. Scroll down and click on the Rooms Book app to open it.

Room Status Page

When you first open the Rooms Book app on the desktop, you will see the Rooms Status page. This page displays a rooms grid that lets you see what is happening in a guestroom at a glance. Use the Search and Filter options to find what you’re looking for more quickly. In addition to active Room Notices, you will also see the following open items within a room. Click on any item to view more details.

  • Complaints
  • Requests
  • Work Orders
  • Guest Callbacks

If your property’s Quore integrates with your PMS, occupied rooms with display a gray guest icon.  Live room status updates from Cleanings or Cleanings Plus will also appear following inspection completion.

Pro Tip: If you have multiple properties in your log in, you can switch between properties at the top of the Room Status page.

Room Notices Page

Click on the Room Notices page to see all active and scheduled Room Notices. Click on the individual Room Notice to view the details.

Creating a Room Notice

Room Notices can be created from both the desktop and Quore mobile app. Click here to learn more.

Mobile

Log in to the Quore mobile app, then tap on the App Switcher in the lower-right corner. From here, find the Rooms Book app and tap to open it.

You will see all open Room Notices displayed in a list format. Tap on any Room Notice to see further details. Click here to learn more about creating a room notice from the mobile app.
