Quore University is your team’s dedicated learning and certification platform. It’s designed to help every hotel employee—from GMs and housekeepers to engineers and front desk associates—learn exactly what they need to know for their role. Because we know one size doesn’t fit all.

Whether you’re brand new to Quore or looking to sharpen your skills, you’ll follow a role-specific learning journey that covers everything you need to do your job with confidence. We recommend setting aside about an hour to complete your journey and become Quore certified.

  • Interactive Learning Journeys – Learn at your own pace, with guided lessons tailored to your job responsibilities.
  • Certification Exam – Score 80% or higher to earn your official Quore Certification—complete with a printable certificate to show off your achievement!
  • Certified Quore Champion – Keep learning, earn points and badges, and climb the leaderboard to become your property’s go-to Quore expert once you reach 300 points. 
  • Track Completed Courses – Use the Quore University Training Report in the Reports app to see completed courses for you and your team.

Badges
: Digital awards for completing key achievements, like finishing a Learning Journey or passing your certification.

: In Quore University, where you can find all the courses available.

Learning Journeys
: Guided paths built for your role, showing what to learn—and when—so you can master Quore step by step.

Levels: Show how far you’ve come! As you earn Points, you move up Levels that mark your learning milestones in Quore U.

New Hotel Essentials: The core fundamentals of what you need to get started using Quore successfully.

Points
: Earned as you complete courses, quizzes, or activities—Points track your progress and help you level up.

Q
Quore Certified: You’ve completed your role-specific Learning Journey and earned at least 100 Points. Being Quore Certified means you understand the core features of Quore and can confidently use it in your day-to-day work.

Quore Champion: You’ve been selected as the go-to person for Quore and will be the main point of contact for the Quore support team. Champions demonstrate deep product knowledge, leadership in training others, and expertise across multiple areas of Quore. See Quore Champion Certified to learn how to get certified as a champion.

Quore Champion Certified: Awarded at 300 Points or more, this certification recognizes advanced Quore users who go above and beyond.

Quore Learn: Now known as the Resource Library, it’s your searchable knowledge base for quick answers.

Quore Refresher – General Basics: A live webinar designed to help users brush up on Quore fundamentals. This session covers essential features, navigation tips, and best practices—perfect for new users getting started or experienced users who want a quick refresh. Register here. 

Quore University Home: Your central location to follow your role-based learning path. View your badges, Quore Level, and the Leaderboard. 

Quore University Training Report: To track completed courses, locate the Quore University Training Report in the Reports app. Available to everyone, but viewing rights vary based off of role. For example, as a GM I can see mine and my team’s completed courses, but As a front desk member, I can only see my own.
