Getting Connect
The Connect app is an add-on app and is available for an additional cost. If you would like to purchase Connect for your hotel, please email our sales team at sales@quore.com.
Setting Up Connect
The general manager, assistant manager, and operations manager can customize the Connect Settings. The Settings page controls when messaging is available to guests, what automatic replies say, and the checkout survey options. Managers can also set up Quick Replies to communicate with guests more efficiently.
Connect Enrollment
Guests can enroll in Connect two ways: at the front desk or by texting the hotel’s 10-digit number from their phone. Click here to learn more about enrolling a guest in Connect.
Connect Communication
Front desk agents can easily message guests by clicking their room number on the Dashboard Rooms Grid. For a broader view, they can open the Messenger page in the Connect app to see multiple conversations at once. Here we explain this process.
