To Do Records

You can track completed to dos on the desktop, from both the To Do App Records section and the Reports app.

How to Locate Your To Do Records

To Do App

1. After opening the To Do app on the desktop, click on the Records page. From here, you will choose a mode in which to view available data.

All Records – List View

In the All Records – List View you can find work orders, requests, tasks, and callback records in one place. This option displays your To Do Records in a list format.  Use the filter options on the right to quickly find what you’re looking for.

Satisfaction Calls – Grid View

Viewing your completed satisfaction calls in grid view organizes the types of satisfaction calls (including Room Satisfaction, Work Order, Request, and All Types) into a grid. Each column represents the month in which the to do was completed and shows how long it took on average for the types of to dos to be completed.

Pro Tip: Clicking on the average time will take you to a list of completed satisfaction calls from that month.

Guest Request – Grid View

Viewing completed guest requests in grid view shows you how many requests were completed each month and the staff responsible for those requests.

Reports App

1. Navigate to the Reports app on the desktop.

2. From the Report Library, click the dropdown for the report you wish to view.

3. Select the report, filter, and click Run Report.
