In this article, you will learn how to set up your mobile devices for Quore.
Making Devices Managed
Because you will be using your hotel’s Wi-Fi network to access the Quore mobile app, you will want to set up your smartphone or tablet as a managed device. Managing your devices with your internet service provider will enable you to bypass the hotel Wi-Fi splash page (the page which asks you to accept terms and conditions before allowing you access to the browser). This will ensure a more reliable internet connection.
We also provide step-by-step instructions within the Quore mobile app to help you set up your device as a managed device with your internet service provider. Find where to access the instructions below.
To Make Your Device Managed:
1. Log in to the Quore mobile app.
2. Tap on the User Avatar in the bottom-left corner of the app.

3. Tap Help & Support.

4. Within Help & Support, tap Make this a managed device.

5. Follow the steps listed or tap Get Instructions to view and save the full Managed Devices Guide.

How to Download the Quore Mobile App
You can install the Quore mobile app on your mobile device by downloading it for free in the App Store or Google Play Store.
1. Open the App Store or Google Play Store on your mobile device.
2. Search for Quore.
3. Tap Get to download the Quore mobile app.
First Time Logging in to Quore Mobile App
1. Once you have downloaded the Quore mobile app from the App Store or Google Play Store, open the app and log in with your Quore ID and Password.

Pro Tip: If you do not know your login credentials, tap Forgot Quore ID or password from this page. This will give you options to get back into your account, including the information to contact Quore Support for help.
2. The first time you log in to the Quore mobile app, you may be prompted to allow Quore send you push notifications. Tap Allow to receive push notifications while you are logged in and marked On Duty in the app. Click here to learn more about push notifications.
3. Next, you will be prompted to select whether the device is a Hotel Shared Device or Personal Device.

4. After selecting one of these options, you will be asked how you would like to log in. Select your preferred login method and tap Save login preferences.

5. You will then be taken to the screen below confirming your device registration. Tap Get Started to being using the app.
