Push Notifications

Push notifications allow you to keep track of the hotel’s happenings in real time from anywhere.

Activating Push Notifications

  1. First, go to your app notification settings and make sure that push notifications are turned on. This is a necessary step for both Apple and Android devices.

  2. Make sure that you are connected to your Wi-Fi network to ensure you get push notifications.

  3. You will only receive push notifications when you are marked On Duty and logged in to the Quore mobile app. Please note that simply closing the app or logging out will not mark you Off Duty. To do this, use the On/Off Duty switch in the app.

When to Expect Push Notifications

  • Work Orders (if assigned to you)

  • Requests (assigned to you)

  • Tasks (assigned to you)

  • Complaints (assigned to you)

  • Messages (assigned to you)

  • Sales Leads (go to the sales department if you have the Sales app)

  • Room Notices (to housekeeping users)

  • Lost & Found (to housekeeping users)
